A person can get in and out quickly at pump. Waiting time is due to people not staying at pump while fueling...they get back in their car (cold temps). They don't see when fueling is complete. This does not happen ALL THE TIME....but not uncommon. Easy pay at pump and receipt provided, great! Fuel price is always 1 to 4 cents less than other places.
