I tend to use Highly Satisfied only when I have had interaction with employees and their performance has rated it. When I am only interacting with machines, my standard response is Satisfied. The experience was just fine, no problems, everything worked as it should.

Pump was not operating properly. It did not print the receipt and when I ask the attendant the receipt did not have the survey code. Had to ask for another.

The first pump I pulled up to had a sign on it that it only had regular fuel and that I had to pay at the window.

The first pump I pulled up to was out of service, therefore I had to drive around to find another pump. However this location does not have pumps out of service very often. I hate that gas prices are rising, but Murphy is always the lowest the gas provider.
