I've asked several times about a product and bc they never have it. I asked what I should do to ensure the product is available my next visit. I was told to come on the day they order and remind them to order it. I said alright when is the next order. She said today but ordered early yesterday. She was not friendly as she was telling me this.

I am so tired that the printers at pump are almost out of receipt paper. I told the attentand were I stood in the rain for a reciet, but finally got up to the window,i told the attendant of the reciet paper out,and he said, we can't keep paper in them and lots of time they want work anyway. this is an incovenince to the coustermer. so, I am dissatisfied whit the paper out all the time.

I asked if a key was required to use the restroom n was told that it was out of order. The male attendant was polite but never looked up to look me in the face but address me 'yes ma'am' when answering my question. This is the 2nd Murphy station that I have been to today that was not up to par. Other one was in El Dorado, AR where they had all the pumps closed. I travel all over the US n try to get fuel whenever possible at Murphy bc it is an Arkansas owned company.

My wife and I have called the toll free number numerous times to no avail. The reason most often is NO RECEIPT PAPER! What is the purpose of pay at the pump if you have to wait in line to get the receipt the pump should have printed in the first place? I truly do not know why I am once again trying to voice my displeasure with your company, because nothing ever seems to get addressed! My wife and I have traveled across the country, and use Murphy USA locations as much as possible, but this location is by far the biggest joke of all! We keep hearing that this problem is being addressed, but has not been rectified! What seems to be the problem? Is there a nation-wide shortage of receipt paper? it would seem to me that this would be a simple enough fix, but then I would not continue to have this problem.

Rude attendant, no help.... talking on phone and I shop here a lot but I have never seen such! Oh my goodness get some manners !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
