I liked the speed of check-in and the room amenities.

Good hotel, didn't care for the entrance stairs would have preferred a ramp for my luggage

Not much to offer guest while staying as for as shopping, gift shop and restaurant experience. Renting a movie in room is expensive. Salad ordered from restaurant wasn't all that great for the price. A lot of empty rental spaces attached to hotel. Many homeless persons hanging around public library and sleeping living near hotel. Doesn't feel safe.

The suite was rundown

It would have been nice to know they were under construction. I didn't know WiFi was an extra charge. It's not an extra charge at lesser hotels.

I'm an airline crew member and the construction work started at 7:40 am on a Saturday near the room I was in which I had gotten to close to 3 am the night before
