Attentive and courteous staff. One recommendation is to either get a concierge, educate staff, or provide a listing of nearby restaurants by cuisine.

I wish they provided free continental breakfast and fresh baked cookies at night.

Great stay. We were upgraded because we were Hilton honors members. This hotel was in a great location however I wish that wifi was included in the hotel stay.
