Went to the bar for Happy Hour. Happy hour menu isn't given unless asked for. Charged more on an item that had a different price on the menu

We attended the Special Olympics Leadership Conference this weekend. First the front desk couldn't find our reservations. We had to produce copies of confirmations. Then they said they showed our reservations for Friday but our confirmations validated we were staying only Saturday. Then they had no rooms available.....said they were waiting for housekeeping to clean more. Then we find out later they overbooked and didn't have enough rooms for us. We squeezed 3 adults into one room with 2 double beds. 2 of 3 cards wouldn't open the room door. The woman at front desk was rude when I explained the keys didn't work. Someone on the 12th floor pulled a fire alarm at around 11:45 Saturday night so some of us evacuated the building. No information was provided by the hotel to us. We had some athletes that were sitting in the halls on floors with alarm going off because they were on oxygen or physically disabled.
