I am a Mariott Rewards member and stay at their hotels often. When we checked in that was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a Marriott hotel. She didn't welcome us, thank us, but worse of all she took about 5 minutes to acknowledge us because she was on the phone. I was very disappointed with all of our check in process.
