I went in to redeem a coupon and it went very well While I was there I saw other things I would like to purchase I will definitely be goi g back when I have more time to look around

I am dissatisfied with the fact that I handed the cashier 40.00 and it was to go toward a layaway and he never handed me any change so I assumed it went toward the layaway. I did not look at the receipt because I forgot my glasses. I just looked at it tonite and saw that the amount was noted for 38.00. I have been coming into this store for years, and I really don't like all the changes your company has made. your manager and assistant manager (who waited on me) are really not very professional. I will be in to pay off my item that I purchased tomorrow and then I will find another store that I can feel some amount of trust in a transaction. At this point I DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE AT ALL anymore. I loved Laurie and I loved the courtesy and respect I was shown. You went wrong somewhere, and I think you are hiring the wrong types of personalities to fill a vacancy.
