I was in line with a number & a lady walked in and right up to the guy without a number claiming to want to buy something but is tight on time so the guy helped her while everyone else with a number had to wait longer and the lady didn't even buy nothing. Than I bought an Invicta watch that didn't work and instead of the guy refunding me $108.30 he charged me $108.30 which cost me to be late with my car payment by 3 days which costed me $30 I had to spend more of my time to go back down to get the problem resolved it was a big inconvenience and I was treated unfairly and my wife and I have spent a lot of money over the past six months buying things at the store and the guy knows me but yet he treats me that way it's not right it's unfair.
