I'm a long time customer both for loans and buying merchandise. The current staff at my home store (W. Washington Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89128) have been together for awhile and they all know me by face. They're always friendly & helpful and they remember what I like to buy (musical instruments & audio recording gear).

I like this store so much Cuz of the guy who helped me wit my loan he was nice patient knowledgeable overall great customer service personality also the other Associatesalso alsothe other associates who were awesome as well I like the store and I like the people in the store they work things out for me all the time with the most

I was buying a laptop and the saleswoman was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price and return policy , as she explained to me, is very fair.

First , there was NO one in the store, so dont understand why it took so long for a sales associate to take my layaway payment. Then the sales associate forget to even give me my change. This happened at the Las Vegas Store on Buffalo & Washington. Store Manager Ruben. I will be going back to finish paying on my layaway , but not to BUT ANYTHING EVER AGAIN FROM THIS STORE !!!, Horrible , HORRIBLE customer service, the sales people Allison & Evelyn, have NO IDEA what they are doing & The asst. manager at the time of day was Linda. Dont understand how she got her job, wouldnt even step in to help out with anyone. Linda just kept telling everyone she was "busy", maybe 2-3 people in the whole store. WOW !!! From the sales people to the management, HORRIBLE !!! HORRIBLE !!! customer service !!!
