I absolutely LOVE!!! Jimboys tacos. My ONLY issue is the nearest one to me is over an hour away. Thank goodness otherwise I'd definite have to be a "gymgirl" to work off my Jimboys....

When they prepare the food right, it is spectacular... But when they prepare it not right, in this case, old burned dried out hamburger beef, apparently prepared a while earlier then kept warm for a long period of time, it tastes kinda gross... That is sad. I really want to like this place, a lot! But they are too hit and miss for me to become a regular.

Why is it sometimes their beef in their beef taco tastes bitter? This seems to happen once in a while. I think they are heating it to long. When their tacos are good, they are GREAT... But when they are bad / bitter, they are not so good.

New staff? Kept coming out and asking people what their order was. I waited 20 minutes for 2 ground beef tacos. They tasted as if they had been under the heat lamp for a while. Not a good visit from one of my favorite chains. Don't think I will be visiting this location anytime soon. And that is sad, as it is located in my home town.
