I love chipotle but the line is always so long!! And it's really inconvenient when you have a very energetic and hyperactive toddler. He can only stand in line so long before he starts spazzing out and it makes it so hard for me to go there a lot bc of that as much as I would love to go more often. But my biggest complaint is the friendliness of some (not all*) but some of the employees and even though it's great that some of them were very nice it doesn't make up for the fact that some are never nice at almost any location I've gone to I've experienced this rudeness from always Atleast a couple of the workers!
