Staff was not very friendly at this location. Also, I typically only get rice beans and chicken and some locations only charge me for a "line" item or a "3 pointer" while others charge me full price. Knowing that there is another option for those of us who don't get everything is great and I think benefits your customers, however it is frustrating when it is not consistent between stores or sometimes even between employees.

This place was a hot mess. Out of items. Gave me chicken instead of carnitas, but it was so busy I just rolled with it. The. Gave me the wrong salsas...which I realized when I got home. The guys in the line were by paying attention to anything anyone was ordering as the messed up the guy in front of me's order too. They had an online order come in and worked on it in the middle of everyone else's and no one told the poor cashier what was coming down the line. She handled it really well and when she realized they gave me chicken instead of carnitas offered chips and guacamole or "whatever I wanted" free! I didn't take her up on it BC im not that picky and I just wanted out!! Good place to avoid at 5pm!
