Chipotle

I love chipotle, the guy behind the counter was awesome, my food was good, and the burrito was wrapped so well by the master burrito wrapper ?? good cost overall but the price was a bit high. Sorry about the bad press your getting chipotle is still great!

I went to chipotle because I had a horrible experience the last time I was there. I paid for the guacamole on all 3 of my burritos and did not get any. The put sour cream all over my food and I'm lactose intolerant. My husbands burrito was a giant mess, the guy making his burrito could not close it and was mashing it with his fingers and ended up cracking the tortilla and needed to add another one to be able to close it but it was gross and it was running down his arm. I called to complain and They told me they would remake my meal. I went last night for my re make and I felt like a few of the staff felt annoyed they had to re make my meal. And they did the same thing all over again with my husbands burrito. I will not be going back to this location next time .
