I eat gluten free for health reasons and can usually count on Chipotle as a safe place to eat. However, last night, I observed the gal who warms the tortillas rubbing the flour tortillas as reach customer ordered, whether they were getting a burrito or not. Normal tortilla touching shouldn't get too much flour on the gloves, but this was way more exposure than needed.
