Good food long waits

I love their food!!

the chicken at this location was extremely hot and i didn't order anything hot on it.

This store is always short on ice tea. They hardly ever have this drink when i visit this store. i ordered online and the food was ready in the time they gave me. we were hesitant about visiting chipotle because of the all the health problem but we took a chance because we have developed a trust in the past year with this store.

chipotle's food was good but this location never has enough ice tea. the staff is extremely friendly and do a good job but the lines are always too long. i have waited over 30 minutes for a meal at this location before.

this chipotle has extremely long lines. thankfully i ordered online. some people were waiting over 20 minutes. they always have a shortage of ice tea here.

I have visited chipotle the last two days with nothing but problems. on monday the chipotle in niles had to close because of a store problem and people were not given any heads up as to when the store would reopen. yesterday i tried another chipotle (austintown) and i tried ordering online and it gave me a wait time of over an hour and a half. when i picked up my order i ask the cashier if they have been busy because of the wait time and she said no. not only did i have a bad ordering experience once i received my meal (and paying for a large ice tea) they were out.
