Servers should be aware of large fatty pieces of meat in the barbacoa and pull them out. Found one in my bowl and it was a good sized chunk of my meat portion.

Great tasting food. Service could have been better. Our food was half made and a worker decided to refill tubs of toppings that weren't even empty and we had to wait to have our food completed.
