Quick transaction but the management wasn't as friendly. We spoke to them about a charity that was suppose to be set up from 2-6pm that day and they had no idea what was going on. Half of proceeds were going to my friends foundation that passed away.

Line was not very long however I waited in line for 45 minutes. They were out of brown rice, steak and bowls. The Barbacoa was extremely fatty and my husbands burrito was put together sloppily.

took 15 minutes to get a single cheese quesadilla. the people I was with finished eating before I received it.

Quality and quantity were unsatisfactory at the Rockford Chipotle on Perryville. The carnitas tacos barely had any meat or ingredients, and staff balked when I asked for additional ingredients. The burrito I ordered was overloaded w/ rice when I asked for only a little. The rice contained an overwhelming amount of cilantro, as did the guacamole. I was surprised - usually service and quality are good. I hope this isn't a cost-cutting measure that Chipotle is doing across the board.
