Professional operation

I had a rental car that had a low tire when we picked it up. We took it in to get aired up and they said it had a slow leak and they wold be glad to fix it. They took it in immediatley and patched the tire. I offered to pay and they said "It's on us, No charge" Very unusual in this day and age. That's what I call Customer Care. Thank you

Upon my arrival they immediately agreed to fix tire and fix the problem in a very short period of time.

Customer service was great, mechanic was willing to show me the problem and explain it.

The issue with the front end came up suddenly and Big O gave me a very good price for the repairs. I’m a retired mechanic and I knew exactly what the problem was and Big O fixed it. They never tried to up sell me anything else.
