The Big O Team was happy to help me even though I arrived at their store unannounced with an overheating vehicle. They took care of me right away and provided great service.

They got my vehicle in right away, diagnosed it quickly and completed the repair in only a couple hours

I called the store where I bought a set of excellent light truck tires. I asked for price and availability of a similar tire for my New Mazda. I asked specifically if they were in stock and was told yes. I set an appointment for 8 am the next day. The assistant manager was my sales associate, and nothing of my appointment was saved. He assumed I was there for an oil change. He presented more expensive tires that were the only thing in stock that fit. I felt I was being sold up and expressed some toxic responses. I was prepared to leave and said so as well. In the end I learned there was no record of my appointment and tire selection. The associate who took my call, and assured me of the status, sabotaged the Associate Manager and should be fired. Your appointment system may not work, and needs to be updated because now I do not trust the honesty of your call takers.

Great quality and consistent service.

From the moment I went there to inquire about getting tires for my car I felt well taken care of. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided all the information I needed to make my decision to go ahead and schedule the installation the next day. I got there and was helped immediately…..actually had my paperwork in hand. He quoted a time I should be done and he was right on schedule. It was a wonderful experience. I have been a customer at that location for more than 20 years. Highly impressed!

Professional operation

I had a rental car that had a low tire when we picked it up. We took it in to get aired up and they said it had a slow leak and they wold be glad to fix it. They took it in immediatley and patched the tire. I offered to pay and they said "It's on us, No charge" Very unusual in this day and age. That's what I call Customer Care. Thank you
