Today I saw some things that concerned me. All workers were wearing gloves, however, one worker scratched his head, with his glove on, and went right back to handling the food. Another worker had picked up the marker to mark on the lid of my bowl, and dropped the marker, without the lid, right into the lettuce. He should have changed out the lettuce container, but he did not.
