I love the food very tasty but at times it can be a little frustrating waiting in a line that goes forever so it seems it would be nice if there was a better way to order ur food

Food ordered want ready. Very slow service. Others ordered food for not happy with food quality.

i used my app & it said my food will be ready at 11: 30. I I arrived at 11:45 the store was almost empty, but I didn't leave with my food until 12:15. ridiculous. and no, they didnt have to make it when i arrived, it was sitting all that time. ridiculous. i also prepaid thru my app to save time. it took my entire lunch time & the store hardly had customers.
