Chipotle is well known and their food to me is great, this particular location usually gets busy with students around mid day and the lines get very long but they work very fast in making the orders

There was a customer behind me who wanted Extra chicken without paying the cost for a second serving. The employee explained to him several times that one spoonful was the designated portion and anything addition would cost extra. The customer, as ignorant as he was yelled at her, used profanity and was saying that she didn't need to give him an attitude. She handled it well but chipotle should be able to give a sufficient portion of chicken as the standard
