Nice clean rooms. Elevators are horrible. Have to wait for 4+ elevators full of people before finding one to squeeze into.

Rough start as TV wasn't working when I got to room and took a while for engineer to come up and repair. Wasn't plugged in. Dust on lamp.

The mattress was warped and not firm I slept bad and woke up taking Tylenol plus the bathroom toilet was hard to flush due the flushing lever kept getting stuck.
