Great Customer Service. I have front wheel drive SUV and thought the two new wheels would replace the worn ones and not the good tread in the front and was surprised that the new wheels were put in the back for a front wheel drive vehicle. The technicians were great about explaining that to me. Above and beyond customer care by all the staff.

I had a slow leak. I was originally going to take my car to Walmart since that’s where I bought my tires. However, Walmart 1) always has an issue with not having enough techs on duty and 2) I was unable to schedule an appointment and thus potentially faced a long wait. I opted to schedule an appointment with Big O instead. I knew I’d have to pay but figured I’d be in and out. I was correct. The techs had my leak repaired and a quick check of the engine in about 30 minutes. They were professional and friendly. I plan on taking my car back to Big O for regular maintenance from now on.
