I didn't make an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. I paid for the service and left. I came back and asked if i received my veterans discount and it was not. The manager gave me a $20 credit on my credit card no questions ask. Very nice people and very respectful.

I used to take my car to Big O tired at another location. When I found Mike at a big old Tire Service in my neighborhood he was professional and kind . He explained the repairs and so far the cost has been reasonable for the amount of work I've had done. Mike fit my car several times and he is now my neighborhood mechanic.
