Michael went above and beyond to help us get the best tires for our daughters car. He knowledgeable and very helpful.

I stopped in for a tire rotation hoping to be squeezed in on my way across town. The gent at the counter was very friendly and said he could get me out the door in an hour. Handing my keys over, I sat down to work while I waiting in the very clean lobby. I was out the door in 45 and my truck drove smooth and I am very happy with the service.

Sam was very friendly, helpful and the employees completed what I needed in a very short period of time!

Manager Tammy? I think. Friendly. Flexible. Recommended 3 year alignment. I didn't know that existed. She let me be flexible with when I picked up my car. Let me pay over the phone so I could go on my overnight trip. When I picked my car up the next day they were busy. Lobby was full and the guy running the front desk was doing a bunch of stuff, but he still acknowledged me right away and got to me quickly. My paperwork and everything was done and ready. My car felt great on the ride home. Kudos. Y'all can expect me back

I called Big O tires Wed, heading to Colorado Springs, CO. from Denver. Traffic was crazy. I asked if I needed to make an appointment. I was told no. I explained that I had 2 flat tires & that my car was at my Son's home, I was riding with him back from Denver. That we had to get home put air in the tires, then head to Big O Tires. I asked what time do you close? 6pm was the response. It was now 4:56pm. I said that I hope I make it. He said will take care of you. I said that I was at Vickers & Rangewood, I have to make it up to Woodman, turn left, then right into Big O Tires. He said, we'll be here for you. I hit 5 red lights, turned onto Woodman, & my tire went flat. I made it just barely, and everyone was so nice. I had 4 tires installed. Very satisfied. D. Reynolds
