Mr. Tim Gauden served me, a drop in flat tire repair, in professionalism and excellence. He was cheerful and most knowledgeable. The repair took less time than anticipated and the service was a 10 out of 10. I love Big O Tires and always recommend them. I have had consistent excellent service from Grand Junction to Colorado Springs, CO, and am sold on their professional and excellent service. not dissatisfied, just took a bit longer than expected with the minimal amount of customers that were in the shop. Not a big problem.

Well, if I had known that they would automatically take the tires off to check the brakes then I’d would’ve requested that they rotate the tires. Now I have to schedule an appointment for that!

only issue was they told me my oil was 2 qts low, even though my light wasn't on and I took it straight to Jiffy lube they said it was only 1/2 qt low. So now I question the honesty of that.

The appointment cost me a lot of money. I attempted to schedule online, but received no feedback on if it was scheduled or not, so I ended up having to call and ask about the appointment. The office smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. It made me very uncomfortable.
