They recommended replacing break pads for a ridiculously high price and when I declined, he said I really didn’t need it anyway. Felt dishonest

Associate was friendly and knowledgeable enough. Pricing options were not clear on the website or with the coupon I was provided. I also didn’t appreciate the automatic pressure the associate got to add additional services like oil change and fuel flush that I did not ask for when I scheduled. Corporatized chain processes limit the ability for associates to be effective and customer service focused.

I had called the location to see if they had time for an oil change and they said if I can drop off my car they would get it done. I told them I could not get there until 12 and he said that was not a problem. I got there at 12 with a ride to take me back home and he informed me he couldn’t do the oil change today I needed to make an appointment. At my appointment that I scheduled for two days later the man who checked me in blatantly ignored me mid conversation at the check in to check, read, and respond, (text) on his cell phone. He proceeded to not lock my car doors and when I received my car it was still unlocked after sitting outside the shop all day.

I was told it would be done in an hour and they didn’t even get my car in for an hour. Then the tv in the waiting room was very loud and playing a zombie show that was disturbing. The WiFi password was not clearly displayed. When I brought up the time it took they responded well. However I wish they would have given me another discount for the inconvenience.

When I called to make an appointment, I found the employee to not be friendly at all, making me feel as though I was stupid for asking questions. When I was at the store, I found the employee at the desk not friendly at all. When the work on my car was completed, the employee called and was very friendly, as he described more work that he recommended to be done on my car. My thought was- "Oh, now you are friendly to me when you are hoping I'll pay more money for more work." Maybe my thoughts with this were incorrect, but that's the feeling I got.

The appointment went smoothly and the front staff were delightful. My biggest complaint is the individuals who worked on my car left a grease stain on the door and left my car in a bit of disarray. I expect my seat and mirror to be moved a bit since I'm short af, but the glove box was a mess and the items in my trunk were all shifted around. It was bothersome but not enough for me to not come back; however if it happens again, then I probably will go elsewhere.
