Didn’t torque my lug nuts and ended up breaking 3 studs and losing the lug nuts

With empty bays, and no one in the waiting room, to have to leave my car there for hours for a simple oil change is terrible. I walked 45 home. As i left, the service area still had empty bays. Oil change is 5 minutes? Jiffy lube down the road was 15 minutes when i went there. I will return to big o for tires, but i dont think i will for other service.

I wanted to purchase a new set of Toyo tires. I scheduled my appointment online, and it seemed to be great—I got a quick confirmation and a good estimate—but when I showed up for the visit, I was told that the tires weren't in stock and that I would have to re-schedule for later in the week. I made an appointment for the next day. The drop-off was fine, but the reps made a mistake in taking down my phone number, so I needed to call later in the day to confirm my vehicle was ready. When I picked up the car, I was presented with a bill that was roughly $150 higher than my internet estimate. I talked this over with the reps, and we figured that my estimate included a $100 manufacture's coupon plus a $50 mail-in rebate—neither of which were reflected on the invoice. We guessed that the coupons must have been valid through my original appointment date (10/10), but not through the service date (10/11). The reps ended up taking $100 off of my invoice, which seemed fair to me. However, the point of payment was the first time I was presented with an itemized invoice for the work—I was not made aware of the service pricing before that point.

I brought my vehicle in for a nail/screw in the tires. Staff was friendly and didn't charge me for the service. Unfortunately, the patch job did not hold and my tire was flat again by the next day. They were unable to fix the tire that day(a Sunday) but quickly repaired it again Monday morning. Once again, there was no charge. I was on my way by 9:30am. Thank you!

I was told my service would be about 1-1/2 hours, and it was actually about 2 hours and 5 minutes.

I know tires are expensive, but it just hurts my pocketbook a little.

Took longer than expected. I thought having an appointment would get me in and out quicker but it did not.

This location seemed a bit disorganized and slow.

Unable to diagnose which wheel had faulty tire monitoring system needed replacement. Tech recommended replace all 4? Charged me $25 for no results.
