Thought the discounts on the website were misleading. One was disclaimed the other was not so I thought there was a $100 discount/sale. the $50 rebate was fully explained . Only when I was at the store was it explained that the $100 was only offered if you also purchased extended warranty and alignment. Would be better if you offered these services at a $100 discount when purchased with tires as it's not really a tire savings.

I was told the lights on my dash were on due to my bad battery and that they would go off once I replaced the battery. They were off at first but now they are back on so something else is wrong.

My only suggestion is, don’t answer the phone while already helping a client at the front desk. The associate helping me, took 2 phone calls while I was standing there just trying to pay and leave, do it took about 5 extra minutes for me pay and get out of there. Please place the people calling on hold, and help the person standing in front of you. Otherwise good service.

Reason for visit was Cooper Tire Recall. When I called I was referred to a Denver number contrary to the instructions on the recall letter I received. Finally corrected and took vehicle into shop. Tires weren't in stock so had to reschedule the actual installation even though the original invoice indicated the installed tires were affected by the recall. Staff were always cheerful and polite in spite of these challenges.

I bought a set of 4 new tires less than a year ago with tire protection, disappointed that I had to buy a tire, plus additional tire protection. We were told the tire would come in on Saturday and that we would be called. Associate said he called us on Saturday, but there is no record of his call on either of our cellphones. I called first thing Monday morning. I was told the tire was in. I said I'll be right over. When I arrived, I was told the technician wouldn't be in until 9am. I was there before 8am. Associate should told me that on the phone. I made 2 trips as a result.

When making an appointment, didn't take my name, or vehicle type. Wasn't sure I actually had an appointment. Told them I wanted the $18.99 oil change and rotation. When I got there I was eventually told my vehicle didn't qualify as it needed partial synthetic. If I were asked when scheduling what car I had, maybe this would have been communicated As it stands, I spent over $40, twice what was advertised and anticipated.

I had a coupon for a $39.95 healthy car special yet I had to get a full synthetic oil change and was not clear what the additional cost would be and whether I still got all the included inspections/reviews (e.g I thought they would check my wheel alignment but the sheet showed it was not covered nor did they talk about it.

I had a schedule appt. Got there at 745am for my 8am appt. My car was not finished until almost 3 hours later.

Apparently there is more than one synthetic oil change offered with a large price difference. Not communicated to me and I don't know what the difference was. Was charged $82-$20 =$62 coupon and it was just an oil change listed on receipt so not aware of what else was provided vs the "regular" synthetic oil change. Would like the differences provided prior to making a determination as to the added value. Service was done within an hour and staff was friendly.

When online looking to book an appointment I needed to call and ask a question, but found out from the person on the phone that the online appointment options are never correct that I would need to always call to make an appointment to ensure it will be correct. The next day at my scheduled appointment time was told that they were slammed and to expect a longer wait than what was told to me when setting the appointment.
