pressured to buy products. Did alignment without approval

I asked specifically for my transmission fluid to be checked and the service technician did not have the knowledge or tools to check or even service my transmission. If I had known that I wouldn't have wasted time or money. I had to have another shop to check my transmission fluid level. They have won over my service

Not charge so much for simple services. $164 for a brake light bulb changed ? Are you kidding me ? I did it myself for $7

When I scheduled on line I entered all my information. When I checked in he verified my address which I have not lived at for over 6 years. In that time I have bought tires from Big O and this was my second oil change. The information he had in the computer was for a car I have never even owned. Scheduled for 10 finished at noon.

The sales people where great! The job was not done correctly the first time. Had to come back and have it redone. Techs seemed to not take their job seriously. Didn’t test drive after job was completed.

I thought I was ordering a yokohama tire.. I did not take the time to check the pdf files big o sent me.. I would have probably cancelled the order. J. in answering my question of availability of the Yokohama tire answered that he had a much more aggressive tread... I was thinking about yokohama.. I trusted him!... shouldn't have. I do not know about the GT (glass transition temperature) of the sumitomo compound... I'm crossing my fingers... J. could have been clearer.. I should have been more careful.

Sign said oil change with tire rotation $18.95. This is the reason I went! When I got ready to check out the bill was almost $65.00!! Not a happy customer.

I asked for services on line that were not done. I did not request break fluid exchange and this was said to be completed and charged for.

Tire continuously loses air since brought in for rotation. Took back in next day to check for leak. Said no leak. Had to call AAA next day. Now can’t drive for Christmas. Also asked if checked all fluids. Said yes but I had to fill washer fluid. Was virtually empty. Didn’t reset oil computer .

They wanted to charge me over 1200 for some brakes. Told them I would be picking up the car to take to someone who would do it all for less then 300 then countered with 800 couldn’t do that
