Clearly communicate your prices before hand. And oil change and replacing snow tires should not have taken five hours and a charge of almost $300 seems unreasonable. Your team members were clearly having a bad day that day and it showed and I sympathize with that. But giving me an attitude when I ask for an itemized bill which I was refused before being charged that amount, which I was not told until the end of the service at the end of the day was the icing on the cake of this very dissatisfying experience.

Very highly priced. Waited an extra 30 minutes after my truck was done sitting out front. I will never return and will find somewhere else next time

Oil change should not take nearly 3 hours, other customers brought in vehicles without appointment and were taken care if before my car even made it inside. I was handed an estimate for work needed which included a power steering flush on a sealed system. Looked like they were trying to make up things to charge for that didn't need to get serviced.

Make sure the vehicle is safe to drive before releasing it to the customer. The front wheel was loose and another mechanic said if I had driven it another 10 miles, it would have come off.

I had to get a popped tire replaced. They should have rotated the tires based on the visible wear pattern. They just replaced the popped tire and didn’t rotate the tires! Why?

The coupon was not clear. The attendant checked my car, said the price was normally $79.99 for my car but would give me $20 off. When I came back the price was $99.99. I explain what I was quoted and the guy said it was because I needed 6 quarts and not 5. I said I would pay what I was quoted. The sheet said they put in 5.5 quarts. He got it to $65 and I said I would pay $59.99 like I was quoted. He changed the price.

Tire pressure wasn’t filled, windshield wiper wasn’t filled, wasn’t given a sticker for my windshield and after driving realized that engine air filter cover wasnt screwed back in

3 hours to plug a tire, really!

Told me they would perform a front end alignment and then when I picked up my 2018 Ford F150 they told me they didn't have the ability to complete the service.
