Tell customers that if your tires don’t last more than a year that the warranty doesn’t matter

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. As always, i mark a tire to make sure the rotation was completed. I informed Mike at the counter to also check my passenger front tire pressure. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the tires were not rotated. I started the vehicle and the right front tire pressure was still low. I informed Mike that the tire rotation was not completed and he immediately put my vehicle back in the shop to rotate the tires and check the pressure. My vehicle came back out 10 minutes later, I checked my mark on the tire and it still had not been rotated. I told Mike that the rotation was STILL not completed and I just left. I will find another location for future service and will not recommend this location to family and/or friends.

I arrived at 2:30PM for a tire rotation expecting to wait an hour or so. I watched my truck go into the bay and sit there. After speaking with a customer at 5PM that had just gotten his keys after an oil change that had come in around 4PM I went to the counter to ask what was going on. Only then did this get the ball rolling. I have been looked over before but not quite to this level. It was disappointing to say the least to have set there for 2.5 hours for a 30min job. What would improve the experience is to be taken care of as a customer, not an after thought or inconvenience. If I ran my business like this, I would not be in business very long.

Absolute terrible customer service and honestly. Brought our vehicle in for a simple battery replacement. Dropped our vehicle off and there was nothing wrong with it. Came to pick it up after the battery was changed and the immobilizer was activated. Big O could not fix the issue (they tried, meaning they knew they messed up). Our car was brought to a Honda dealership where we learned the immobilizer computer was fried. Big O refused to pay for this issue and refused to admit they messed up. Leading to us having to pay honda for the mistake Big O made. Avoid this company at all costs.

Be honest and up front about fees, don’t do unrelated work to my vehicle that wasn’t even asked to do yet charge me for it.

I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. When I was called to to come get the car 2 hours after it was supposed to be ready, I was given my vehicle back only to realize the tires were not rotated

Left oil stain on car ceiling. The lady who answered the phones doesn’t know how to communicate. Check engine turned on after paying the associate to replace the car battery and sensor.

When I dropped off my vehicle there was an employee without a mask. When I returned to pick up my vehicle there was a huddle of about five employees in the front all without masks on. I had to worry about being inside with them and then cleaning my car after service to disinfect since your employees did not show that they care about my safety and health.

Ordering wrong parts, waiting 6 hours in person after being told the part is only 10 minutes down the road, then charged 1400$ for a break change and some mediocre tires?
