Left oil stain on car ceiling. The lady who answered the phones doesn’t know how to communicate. Check engine turned on after paying the associate to replace the car battery and sensor.

When I dropped off my vehicle there was an employee without a mask. When I returned to pick up my vehicle there was a huddle of about five employees in the front all without masks on. I had to worry about being inside with them and then cleaning my car after service to disinfect since your employees did not show that they care about my safety and health.
