Went to a Big O while traveling on business. I was losing oil and concerned about making it back home. My appointment was easily made, they thoroughly checked my vehicle, found a slight issue, and explained everything. I'm a Big O customer at my home town, so I probably won't go here again because of it's location. However, I'm a big fan of Big O Tires.

Needed a wheel alignment check because I purchased a set of tires. Found out my vehicle was out of tolerance. Big O Team corrected the problemquicklu!!

On the day of the appointment, I dropped off my car, was called to pick it up in an hour, explained the receipt to me in detail. The whole process was painless and simple. I really appreciate the service. Definitely will be back to this branch next time I need my car serviced. And will recommend to anyone I know.
