I came in to Big O after hitting a curb next door and tearing the sidewall of my tire. I knew from previous experience that the tire would need to be replaced. The staff of Big O were all friendly, knowledgeable and professional and handled my replacement quickly and efficiently. They were pleasant and helpful.

Michael was working in the front when I came in and chatted with me during the time I was waiting. He was extremely professional and personable. Every company should have someone like him on their team

I came in with a flat tire on my donut I was homeless at the time they allowed me and my dog to wait in the waiting area they were very friendly and such a relief at such a stressful time
