Should offer complimentary wi-fi in all of the hotel not just lobby

I was served breakfast from a very pleasant staff. The staff was all smiling and attentive to my needs. I would definitely go back.

When checking in I was carrying two large bags and a garment bag--the concierge didn't even offer to help (I am a small woman). The hotel is very over priced for a location in central Illinois.
