Always delicious. On this visit, they did run out of chicken, so we had to wait about five minutes for food. Not a big deal. Still awesome!

The service is really lacking. I normally avoid it. Also, guac is a dollar an oz? Jesus! Insane price.

This was an incredibly disappointing experience. The Market Square location in Pittsburgh PA states that it opens at 11 but did not start serving food until 11:20 (there was a line beginning at 11). They did not explain the delay, the manager (I am assuming they were the manager based on dress and attitude) did not stay on the assembly line after another worker started assembly (leaving this worker alone for assembly with more than 25 customers in line) I attempted to use a coupon and was told I could not with not further explanation, apology or offer to do anything about the situation (after inquiry it appears the computer system was down and coupons could not be used not gift cards purchased).
