Big O in Enid has always been honest and affordable in my interactions with them. When the dealership was telling me that I had a $700 alignment problem, Big O checked it out and told me the parts were fine, the alignment was easily fixable.Their honesty will keep me as a loyal customer.

Dilyn and Michael were both friendly and reasonable to work with as I called multiple days in a row to check on status of my Rusty old car. Technicians worked hard to get the brake lines fixed.

Every time I come in Im greeted by nice employees. Great service.

They missed aligning the steering wheel straight. Otherwise it runs straight, its just an inconvenience to have to make time when they should have checked.

After buying the tire from them they still charge me for the rotations. There customer service is terrible.

The guys were very fast and punctual. Dyln even gave me a ride back to my House after dropping my vehicle off. 10/10 service. Will return.

They left early handprints all over the hood and grill. They bent the secondary hood latch. They didn't check all the fluids that they were supposed to. Then they had the gall to charge me $97 for an oil change with 7 and 1/2 quarts of oil and oil filter that is outrageous I will probably not be going back.

In & out quickly

Extremely slow service. Promised quick and easy service but only to have me turn in my keys. Big O Tires has old POS software running windows 98 and new POS that do not communicate. I only went there to pull all services performed on car but old system was not really helpful. While I was there a customer was upset that their machine damaged his new tire. Instead of charging him the entire price of around $400 they only made him pay slightly over $100! Furthermore they called him to tell him that the truck was ready which it was not. Poor guy took a day off work to pick it up and ended up paying to replace his damaged tire and losing time at work. big O tire had his truck the entire day prior. Maybe out of trying to save me as a customer & having witnessed all this, my bill was credited a full $10!!
