Got me in quick. Work was fast had two tires replaced and others balanced

I had recently had new headlights installed by someone else. I asked your employees if they would look at the because I felt like they just weren’t aligned correctly. They were more than happy to help me and they made them 100 times better. Now I can see much further down the road because of their willingness to help me fix a problem they didn’t cause.

I had a scheduled appointment for 9 am to get my oil changed and tires rotated. 4 hours later I finally got my vehicle back. I sat in the waiting room and no employee checked on me or gave me an update on the progress.

It did take them a bit of time to finish but the professionalism they had and customer service was outstanding I will be coming back.

I was there just for an oil change. The staff accomplished this with no issues. While I was waiting, I observed Mike deliver wxcellent customer service to others as he scheduled them, made recommendations, and even keep anpositive attitude when a customer refused a repair suggestion that could be potentially dangerous.
