As always, friendly and professional and honest about the work. Had them a remote starter put in and labor was very reasonable. Intended to have a transmission flush done, and was advised that the dealership would have to do it. Been coming here since they've took over and can only highly recommend them.

the guys at Big O Tires are always friendly, professional and quick about their job. It took a little longer this time, since I also had spark plugs exchanged. This is my go-to place for both my vehicles. They've earned my trust by the way they handled previous issues I had with my car.

I live in Las Vegas and was taking road trip back to MN. Car troubles 5 hrs into trip. They diagnosed and ordered the parts and gave us a car to use to get to nearby hotel. This all happened after store closed for nite. Matt & cole? happened to still be there cleaning the office after hrs. They were angels in disguise. My daughter and I would have been stranded in that town without any options and have been stranded. Went to hotel they recommended and fixed it very fast next morning. They went above and beyond to help us!!!!!!!!! I am so thankful for them

They do a quick oil change. Haven't had any complaints with the big-o in santaquin. I still stay away from the Payson store though.
