Took time before hand, to make sure flate repair was possible. Then, suggested an appointment, for already had vehicles working on. Gave me the earliest time available that day, and even offered an appointment for next day. I appreciate, the employees, checking tire first. Making sure the service was possible. For just purchased the 2020 VW with 42,422 miles beginning of this year. Though, notice some small issues that other places could have easily refused to do service on the flate repair, if they felt like so. Like the previous Less Schawb tire shop was hinting towards, I stop at first. Even got valuable information over the exact type tires I want to purchase before this upcoming winter. Definitely going back, to get new tires installed from Big O Tires once summer/fall/tread at the end. Excited to go with my preferred directional tpye tires and my preferred Michelin brand. Aiming to get Big O Tires Credit card. Good deal to me, if paid off within 12 months.

Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Had an appointment and thought I was gonna be late. I called expressed my worry and they said It wouldn’t be a problem at all that they’ll still get me in. They have all the amenities while you wait too! Water, popcorn, comfortable seats, and a tv to watch. After I got my car fixed I was very pleased. Had a great experience and would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
