There was a hair in my room service sandwich.

My family and I spent one night and it was great...hotel was quiet, breakfast was good, the laundry and gym facilities where very good. My only requests is to add a soap dish to the handicap accessible shower in the suite it was difficult to shower and hold the soap the entire time. My other request is to change the sink in the suite, it was to far back in the counter top an hard to reach in a wheelchair.

There were bugs in our room and I was bit all over. I appreciate that we were moved quickly and reimbursed for parking and got a night of Internet free. The hotel is okay. I have stayed in better. The parking and Internet fees are ridiculously high especially for the fact the rooms aren't that great. The service was nice though and the people working there were pleasant and helpful.
