Quick, excellent service, good communication and very competitive pricing. As a woman, I did not feel at any point that anyone at Big O Tires was trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge.

I came in and explained my issue with my air conditioner. Long story short there was too much pressure they corrected the pressure and did not charge me one cent. I have purchased tires at this location and will come back from now on.

I am deaf. The asst manager was very patient and helpful.He did not get irritated if I had to ask him to repeat a sentence. He gave me a clear answer to my questions. The experience was pleasant overall and I wil definitely come back
