I am up here from South Carolina and needed some mechanical maintenance. My truck is a 2000 Chevy kc3500 454ci 7.4ltr v8 Cameron and Anthony were more than professional and talked with me the whole time and explained what I needed to have done and the service found something I already knew but most would not (my father was a naval aircraft mechanic) and they called me and told me about it and asked my ok for every part. I took it home on Friday and the Abs wasn’t really working took it to them in the am and they replaced both abs sensors because one was faulty from the factory (it happens) they made it right within 8 hours of them releasing it to me. This kind of service is what I look for he asked if I wanted premium parts or factory specific parts. I wanted premium. I’m sure any other shop would have taken advantage of me but that’s not how these men are. They even walked me back to my truck during surgery lol and explained where they were at in the process. Shops like this are hard to find. They are my guys anytime I’m in the area!

Previous owners misrepresented items to me saying repairs were needed when they were not. The new owners are honest, personable, and dependable. I will gladly return for more service when needed.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was reasonable, though I didn't take the opportunity to shop around. I didn't need to because of the good deal I received from Big O. They got me right in and made some good suggestions for what I wanted and needed and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I will definitely be using Big O tires in the future

I came in for a regular oil change, but while I was there, they notified me that my front tires were extremely worn down. Ron, the gentleman who helped me, even took me in the shop to show me how worn my tires were and even showed me what to look for that way I know when they get too worn down in the future. They were extremely helpful and went through all of my tire options to help me find what I needed, within my budget. I initially went because the location is convenient for me, but I will return because that was the best service I’ve ever had at any auto shop!

They addresses the issues with my tires , told me of nails in both back tires and quoted me a reasonable price for the repair .
