Big O Tires

Nail in tire. Rolled in 45 minutes before shop closed which was the end of a long hot day for the mechanics, but they were just as friendly and helpful and efficient as they could be. No charge to plug since the tires were purchased there.

I understand that $30 seems to be the going rate to patch a tire, however Sams Club offers this service for free.

Did not make an appointment and was immediately seen for an oil change. Then they rotated my tires too.

The tires I selected online were said to not be available at the store. The tires available were 30.00 more per tire

Professionalism, no one told me about known issues, tire light still on.

This past experience was better than previos experiences. If my next encounter with Big O is like this one, there is a good possibility Big O may earn my business for all of my vehicles.

The prices for the tires were great, I was not satisfied with the cost of fees such as mount and balance, etc.

When I went to pickup my vehicle the associate didn't mention anything about the service performed and if everything looked ok. They simply handed me my keys and had me sign to pickup my vehicle.

This is my first time ever in tire purchase, also I need to see few days before I comment with my experience.
