Don't understand your statement since I said that I was highly satisfied with the store I was at. Karen Gibson treated me very well and took care of my problem. This store is the one I will return to in the future.

Couldn’t get reasonable pricing for tires on my car (Michelin Pilot Sport)

The time it took was longer than I expected because they didn't have the oil filter in stock. It surprised me that they didn't have it. In addition, another customer had an issue because they had an appointment and someone without an appointment was taken first. It was somewhat disorganized.

The dealer did not have on premises the required replacement part. Had to get the part from another outlet.

Had a 12% off coupon and was told they had already taken $20 off and that they would take another $25. Really?

Use to get discounts for being military veteran and coupons in mail.

I paid $390.00 for 1 tire!!! They had to order it so I looked elsewhere. Found it for a lot less but already had it on order with Big O. I paid $50.00 for a warranty that said it also includes free rotations, balancing etc. but was told since I was only replacing one unrepairable tire (car only has around 16,000 miles) that did not apply. I’m in the military and was a loyal customer back when I was in states that had Big O. However. Y’all are too pricey for me! Not even offered a military discount, or anything. Too bad. I travel a lot of miles and go through tires pretty rapidly. I would welcome someone to contact me about this. 850-445-8212. Thank you.

Tires prices were much higher than expected

A life time air filter was replaced with a standard throw away filter. My wife had just cleaned and reinstalled it a month ago. It was a learning process for the tech who installed it. Had to go back and get it out of the trash.

Had to bring vehicle back because check engine lite came on on the way home after an oil change. Turned out it was a wire that was left disconnected when the air filter was inspected. Not a big deal but a mistake.
