I explained to the man that my car was not pulling right or left prior to me replacing all 4 tires. He began to blame everything except the possibility of a bad tire. He even suggested the steering system. I asked what could be wrong with the steering system but he didn’t have a clue. Seems he threw logic out the window. To correct the pulling issue I went to the Big O tire on Clinton highway and got them to switch tires from right side to the left side. So far the pulling has stopped.

Try to stay on time. I was called and told to come at 10am and they didn’t take my car in until 11am.

I set an appointment online and entered all my car info as requested. When I showed up for appointment the store acted like they could not find my appointment and manually entered my info again. Basically I was just put into queue like a walk in. Had a 2pm appointment and didn’t get out of there until 330 or so. Don’t do appointments if you cannot support them! The systems you have don’t seem to speak to each other.

The oil change price on the sign was ~20 dollars for most vehicles. I have a Infinti G37 (which I was driving), a QX80 and a Frontier truck. All 3 have been there for service. I was there to check the tires (one was low), a rotation and oil change. The tires for the G37 and Frontier are BigO tires. I was charged $89 dollars for the service. Unfortunately I had inserted my card before I questioned the amount. Clearly my oversight before I realized they were charging me for a full synthetic on the QX80. When I did question it and make them aware that I was not in the QX80, I was told they were unable to back out the charges. The manager (I assume) wrote on the receipt the next oil change for the QX80 would be free of charge. Hopefully they will honor their statement regardless as to who is there when I am ready for that oil change. I also realized a few days later that they failed to properly secure the under carriage protector. It is now sagging only being held by one screw. Hopefully it will hold until I can get back by this Friday. Just very frustrating!

When I got back in my car, the steering wheel and stick shift were grimy from the tech's dirty hands.

arrived to pick up my car it was in the parking lot with windows down and doors unlocked for at least 1.5 hours. Personal items in car could easily been stolen! Have more respect for security!!!

The tech forgot to reset the "change oil soon" warning on my car. I had to take it back to get it reset, wasting my time and yours. Not very happy.

Was told I had a screw in my tire. Offered a 1000$ plus set of tires. Took my vehicle 3 miles away where I bought the tires and no screw was found.
