Train you store manager on how to act and speak when he is in the presents of customers. I an another customer were discussing our likes and dislikes about the auto pilot feature on our vehicles. When the manager yells across the lobby saying he wished they had that when he was doing cocaine. There were three customers in there. We all glanced at each other and shook our heads.Then he followed with I am kidding. No more than two minutes later he says you have to admit there is nothing like driving high. I found nothing funny about that and the looks that the other two customers faces expressed nor did they. There is nothing funny about operating vehicle while under the influence of anything

I would make sure that the tech know who to do the service they are being asked to perform. Took my truck in for alignment but got it back late in the day to find it was pulling hard to the left. Took it back in next morning to fix the issue and then got it back after they said they drove it and found it was pulling to the right.

Listen to your customers when they are telling you what is wrong with their car. They seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered with me needing breaks and then it took a lot longer than I was quoted without any communicating with me.

I called to make an appointment, very easy, no issues. I get to the location and the man checking me in is very rude and short. My appointment was at 12, should have taken approximately 45 minutes, they call me at 2:15 to tell me the truck is ready but they aren't doing an alignment and aren't fixing the ball joint or anything else as asked to do due to them "not having time". This was unacceptable. They should have called me as soon as they realized the truck had issues, not 2 hours later! Then to tell me they "don't have time" to fix the truck like I asked them to do is unacceptable. I went to pick the truck up and once again the man at the front desk is beyond rude and unfriendly. He was absolutely no help and acts like he hates his life/job. I am not at all impressed by this location or the work they did.

Actually rotate my tires like I asked I watched technician from wifes car 8n parking lot. He balanced my tires but didn't rotate them.

They tried to pad my bill. This is the second time it has happened at this location

Don't care never going back. They have no glue of what they are doing. Also do services not required for the problem. Did not fix the problem.

Waited 20 minutes after my car was ready to be called to the register. Was not given a vehicle inspection report, told “everything looked good”. Was told the tire could not be repaired - did not have a tire issue. Not sure what else was done to my vehicle other than the oil change.
